Sense of Responsibility

That's a major problem that sometimes you have to learn about. Once you accept a task that you have to finish that, then you have to finish that. But you just waste your time, instead of finishing the tasks. Over there, people are waiting for the answers and the results and neither making it fast nor making it better you're wasting their time waiting for your shit.
